~ Proaction Plan First Steps: Do this work in preparation for Day 1 ~

These first steps on your journey may feel a little weird and shaky and that’s cool because we’re all just getting started. It’s been 16 months since our reality changed in a way few could have expected, and here we are learning new things every day.

Start by asking, what is moving in me?

We ask this question first because we hope you will always start by thinking about how you are feeling.

Knowing how you are feeling is a key part of making choices that have positive outcomes. And if you spend some time working on understanding what you are feeling, you can work on being more in control of your actions.

And that leads to being proactive.

ONCE DOWNLOADED YOU WILL SHARE IT WITH YOUR INSTRUCTOR DURING WEEK ONE FOR REVIEW AND SUBMISSION! REMEMBER TO USE THE E-MAIL THAT YOU ARE USING FOR CLASS!   YOU WILL MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR ON THE 6TH OF JULY AND AT THAT TIME YOU WILL BE ADDED TO THE CLASS TO SHARE YOUR WORK.

Remember to always do your best to speak or write using all of your senses (sight, sound, smell, and even taste). How do you feel?
