The Wholeness and Belonging Program focuses on helping young people and their families develop healthy relationships, build community, and nurture personal growth.

It combines cutting-edge Social-Emotional Learning strategies, collective care practices, effective communication, and conflict management skills to empower NYCID’s families to be more compassionate, self-aware, and emotionally fluent.

The project focuses attention on being present as a key to meaningful living.

We are currently hosting Virtual Sessions on Tuesday and Thursday from 7 pm to 8:30

And at PS 18 from 1 to 3 pm on Saturdays.
