The Staten Island Adult Borough Center Hosted a graduation ceremony for fifty students in the Tottenville High School auditorium. SIYABC is a Program of The New York Center of Interpersonal Development. This excellent program offers opportunities to students 17 1/2 years old with a minimum of 17 credits that are in their 5th year of high school. SIYABC helps them to get their diplomas. This program helps students in danger of dropping out a chance to make up their credits and earn a traditional diploma. This is done by providing supportive counseling services, tutoring, career preparation, paid internships and a rigorous academic program backed by an excellent team including Michael De Vito Jr., the program director and Chantel Cabrera, Assistant Director.
