In partnership with the NYC Department of Education, the New York Center for Interpersonal Development’s Staten Island Young Adult Borough Center, located at Tottenville High School, offers students in danger of dropping out a chance to make up their credits and earn a traditional high school diploma by providing them with a rigorous academic program, tutoring, supportive counseling services, career preparation training and paid internships.

If it was not for the leadership and support demonstrated by local businesses and organizations in our community, much needed internships would not be available to our students. The skills and experiences they are afforded through these internships are tremendously helpful in preparing them for a career.

We are so thankful to the following businesses for placing our interns and helping these young people create a solid future for themselves. Thank you:
