Our NYCID Summer Camp program at Compass PS 48 is in full swing now! Our campers had a lot of fun in the first few weeks of the program, from arts and crafts projects to fun STEM activities. We have a lot more fun packed into the next few weeks to come. It is going to be an incredible summer for this year’s campers.
Our campers have been learning and playing while working on their skills in the arts, sciences, and sports. Last week, our campers went to a Staten Island Yankees game. They had a ceramics party. They also learned about their community leaders. The campers got to cool off each day in the sprinklers in the school yard.
It is not too late to sign up your child for the coming weeks. Sign them up to join in on all the fun. The camp offers programs for children of Kindergarten to 5th grade. Our camp runs from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and includes breakfast and lunch for all campers. We offer camps at a variety of other schools as well. Click here to register for our summer camp.
