What could be better than good food, time with friends and family, and sweet prizes? That was the vibe at the Port Richmond High School Family Forum this past weekend! The event was open to members of the community with a raffle to raise money for the Parent Teacher Association.

NYCID Staff served burgers and hot dogs for free to all who attended along with ice cold bottles of water because it was hot!

Local businesses also had booths selling everything from in-home wine tastings to homemade candles.

There was a DJ blasting great tunes to keep the afternoon going.

People began to browse the raffle items to see what they wanted to put their money on. So hard with so many choices!

Families and staff waited with anticipation for the raffle to begin!

Vincent Medugno took the microphone and began announcing the raffle winners, everyone was so excited when their numbers got called!

While the raffle was wrapping up the football team came back from their last game of the season against Curtis High School.

The family forum was such a fun time for all who attended.  It was great that NYCID was able to help bring the Port Richmond Community together!
