Kitchen 103 is a restaurant that sells soul and seafood. They are open from 11am to 10pm from Tuesday to Saturdays. They endeavor to serve the community through soup kitchens when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and editing written content for menus, newsletters, social media captions, or promotional materials.
  • Help maintain and update visual displays or written content posted around the restaurant.
  • Support with typing, formatting, and proofreading documents as needed.
  • Collaborate with staff to capture stories or highlights for marketing and community updates.
  • Help organize and archive digital or printed materials related to community events and outreach.

Requirements:

  • Strong writing, spelling, and editing skills.
  • Comfortable using basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Word, Google Docs).
  • Interest in storytelling, community engagement, or marketing.
  • Able to follow branding and formatting guidelines.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

Schedule:

  • Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday-Saturday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
