Kitchen 103 is a restaurant that sells soul and seafood. They are open from 11am to 10pm from Tuesday to Saturdays. They endeavor to serve the community through soup kitchens when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food prep tasks such as washing, chopping, and organizing ingredients.
  • Shadow and learn from the head chef to understand kitchen operations and food safety.
  • Help serve food to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness of prep and service areas according to health and safety guidelines.
  • Support kitchen staff with restocking supplies, organizing ingredients, and light cleanup.

Requirements:

  • Interest in food service, cooking, or culinary careers.
  • Able to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing hands-on tasks.
  • Respectful, dependable, and attentive to cleanliness and safety.
  • Must wear appropriate attire suitable for a kitchen setting.

Schedule:

  • Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday-Saturday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
