Kitchen 103 is a restaurant that sells soul and seafood. They are open from 11am to 10pm from Tuesday to Saturdays. They endeavor to serve the community through soup kitchens when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
  • Sweep, mop, and wipe down floors and surfaces throughout the day.
  • Take out trash and recycling and ensure disposal areas remain clean and organized.
  • Restock cleaning supplies and assist with organizing storage and supply rooms.
  • Support staff in maintaining health and safety standards in a food service environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Able to follow instructions and safety procedures, especially regarding cleaning products.
  • Dependable, respectful, and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Appropriate attire for cleaning and maintenance tasks is required.

Schedule:

  • Sunday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
