We are an established arcade and family entertainment center that offers a full entertainment extravaganza under one roof.
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and helpful service to guests, answering questions and assisting with purchases.
- Support sales by promoting attractions, memberships, and special offers.
- Offer product and activity suggestions to help guests make the most of their visit.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the facility.
- Assist with marketing and social efforts by sharing ideas or supporting promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Preferred age: 16 years or older.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and speaking clearly and professionally.
- Energetic, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about creating fun guest experiences.
- Dependable and able to follow instructions from supervisors.
- Must wear comfortable, workplace-appropriate clothing and footwear.
