The JustKidding facilities are aiming for 1-8 ages kids. Resonating with compassion, every detail is meticulously crafted to nurture exploration and growth, driven by the unstoppable force of women’s empowerment. The playground is thoughtfully divided into sections tailored for different age groups (1-3, 4-6, 7-8), each equipped with play structures designed to meet their developmental needs. Our commitment to top-notch safety is evident in every aspect, from soft flooring to rounded corners, and constant supervision, ensuring a secure environment for all children. Furthermore, our playground is inclusive and accessible to children of all abilities, featuring options that allow every child to participate and enjoy the fun.

Responsibilities:

Child Supervision & Engagement:

  • Supervise and actively engage children in various indoor games and structured play activities.
  • Lead or assist in organized group games and physical activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Provide guidance to help children interact positively with peers.
  • Use positive reinforcement to support appropriate behavior and teamwork.

Sanitation & Safety:

  • Maintain a clean, organized play area and surrounding spaces.
  • Sanitize equipment and high-touch surfaces regularly following health protocols.
  • Monitor hygiene practices and encourage regular handwashing among children.
  • Replenish cleaning and sanitation supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in a childcare, camp, educational, or recreational setting is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic early childhood development and group management strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage children in a fun, structured way.
  • Experience in sports, camp counseling, or group activity leadership is a plus.
  • Must be responsible, patient, and able to work collaboratively with staff.

Schedule: Sunday/ Saturday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Monday – Friday 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
