Responsibilities:
● Greet and wait on customers promptly and courteously to ensure a positive experience.
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining, and prep areas in
accordance with health and safety standards.
● Twist and prepare pretzels following company procedures and quality standards.
● Bake pretzels consistently and efficiently to meet demand and freshness standards.
● Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing needs, answering questions, and
promoting products.
● Prepare and package dips with accuracy and attention to freshness.
Requirements:
● Interest in the culinary field or food service industry preferred.
● Must be at least 16 years old; candidates 18 and older preferred.
● Strong communication and customer service skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
● Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
