One Step at a Time
Below you will find two paths. The first is to the Body~Mind~Heart Connection Practice page. There you will be guided through our meditative practice. You are welcome to use this space as frequently as you wish. Many individuals use the site daily and others only use the resource until they are familiar enough with the practice. You have the freedom to choose.
On the second path are a series of lessons to be used on your own or in group sessions. They are designed to be used in an ala carte manner to deepen your understanding of the main pieces of the BMH Connection and how to begin to find wholeness and belonging.
Finding Heart Here and Now
Now you need to start somewhere on your journey towards learning steps that can help you find your center each day. We think the best way to achieve that is to jump right in and give the Body~Mind~Heart Connection practice a shot!
