Okay, here’s a question for you –

Did you know that both bad habits and good habits are all formed the same way?

Many of us believe that we are breaking out of bad habits because we are building new ones. Many of us also get stuck in believing that we can never escape our bad habits.

In reality, we shed bad habits by finding healthy positive routines that gives us the same emotional reward.

When we learn how habits are formed, then we can replace the bad ones with the good. When we find ourselves, at any point in our lives, falling back into bad habits (because we all do), we can recover more quickly!
