Week One – Build Your Rock 

From the things we feel we need and the principles we choose to live our lives by comes what we call our interests. Our interests are feelings and sometimes emotions that cause us to focus attention an object, event, or process.

It’s when we attempt to fulfill those interests that we find our motivations- and what we are motivated by leads to the habits we form.

And if that’s not all… well… those habits cause us to act or not act and those actions are the strategies we use to get what we want in life.
