  • As a recreation aide, you will play a key role in organizing and supervising recreational activities for inner city youth, ensuring they have access to a variety of engaging and safe activities.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to the youth, you will serve as a positive role model, offering support and encouragement to help them navigate challenges and build confidence in themselves.
  • Collaborating with team members, you will work together to create a positive and inclusive environment where every youth feels valued and supported, fostering a sense of belonging and community among participants.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants is a top priority, requiring constant vigilance and proactive measures to prevent any potential risks or hazards during recreational activities.
  • Supporting the implementation of sports programs and activities, you will help introduce youth to new sports, develop their skills, and promote teamwork and sportsmanship among the participants, fostering a love for physical activity and healthy competition.


  • As a student athlete, you should have a passion for sports and physical activity, possessing the skills and knowledge to engage youth in sports programs and activities that promote fitness, teamwork, and personal development.
