Office Assistant 

Join our team as an Office Assistant Intern, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our day-to-day operations with your exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in Google Suite. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has a knack for multitasking, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment.

What You’ll Do:

– Manage and organize documents and schedules using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.), ensuring efficient office operations.

– Assist with coordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics, invitations, and materials preparation.

– Support various departments with administrative tasks, including data entry, research, and document management.

– Handle communication and correspondence with discretion and professionalism.

– Contribute to project management tasks, helping to keep timelines and deliverables on track.

What You Bring to the Table:

– Proficiency in Google Suite and a strong understanding of digital organization tools.

– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

– Currently pursuing a degree with at least one year of college experience.

– Must be at least 18 years old.
