Event Planner Associate

Description:

Support the planning and execution of events and manage our event booth, bringing innovative ideas to the table and ensuring smooth operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in planning and organizing events, incorporating technology and AI for enhanced experiences.
  • Manage booth setup and coordination, ensuring all tech needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute engaging event ideas.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Suite
  • Experience with meeting management software and virtual tools such as Cvent, Zoom
  • Communicates in all forms a clear, inclusive, and respectful manner
  • Works with creativity, agility, and purpose to achieve the best results
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and able to work effectively and guide senior executives and stakeholders on event recommendations
